Also a single wide mobile home for seasonal workers, and is located on a county maintained gravel road off of State Hwy 376.

South Farm consists of 640 acres, 4 pivots. There are 2 irrigation wells each producing 1900 gpm. The property has a 3 bedroom, 2 bath modular home and used by owner. Additionally, there is an equipment repair shop, storage barn 40’X100’ and working corrals. All hay equipment, tractors, and service trucks and vehicles are stored and maintained on this 640 acre portion of the ranch.
