The Central Nevada Hay Farm is located at the southern end of the Upper Smokey Valley approx. 45 miles north of Tonopah on State Hwy 376.

The farm consists of 3 separate non-contiguous parcels all approximately 5 mile between locations. There are currently 940+- acres under production with 8 pivots in operation.

North Farm consists of 314 acres, 2 pivots and a 2000 gpm well, diesel power with a 480V generator. This portion of the farm was improved from desert land entry in 2009. The property is perimeter fenced, has native vegetation on the corners, and is located on a county maintained gravel road off of State Hwy 376.

Middle Farm consists of 265 acres, 2 pivots, 1 – 1800 gpm well, 150hp electric motor. The property has a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on block foundation currently used as a foreman residence. Also a single wide mobile home for seasonal workers, and is located on a county maintained gravel road off of State Hwy 376.

South Farm consists of 640 acres, 4 pivots. There are 2 irrigation wells each producing 1900 gpm. The property has a 3 bedroom, 2 bath modular home and used by owner. Additionally, there is an equipment repair shop, storage barn 40’X100’ and working corrals. All hay equipment, tractors, and service trucks and vehicles are stored and maintained on this 640 acre portion of the ranch.

The ranch historically produces 3.5 to 4 tons per acre, sometimes 5 tons per acre. This farm has been an efficiently run, well maintained, owner operated hay production operation. Complete income and expense information, equipment list, water rights, etc. available to qualified buyers.
