The Clear Creek Stream and Ponds possess all the qualities to be considered a “Blue Ribbon” Trout Fishery as verified by Independent Fishing Report. In addition to the exceptional Trout habitat other abundant wildlife on the ranch includes Mule Deer, Chukar, Quail, Ducks and Geese making this ranch a true sportsman’s paradise.

Improvements on the property include a Ranch managers home and equipment yard on the far western portion of the property completely separate from the recreational portion to the east. In the canyon on the eastern recreational portion of the ranch there is a charming, hand hewn, log cottage with a wrap around porch and a sleeping loft, approx, 500 sq. ft. There is no power or sewer. A very functional shower/compost toilet building is located near the cottage. In addition there is a small fishing cabin near the ponds.
