4. What is the condition of the property? All the improvements are in very good condition especially considering it is nearly 100 years old. Everything has been restored and refurbished. Over the years the current owners have kept the property well maintained. The Inn is approximately 85% refurbished and needs just a few finishing touches.

5. What kind of traffic goes through Doyle, California? US 395 is the major route on the east side of the Sierras connecting Californians to Nevada and Oregon. Doyle is 43 miles North of Reno, Nevada and 43 miles South of Susanville, California on Hwy 395.

6. What is the future potential? It is my opinion that with the proper promotion, including possibly getting the property on the National Historical register and marketing the Inn as a quaint Bed and Breakfast, advertising in the Reno/Tahoe market and put a little more emphasis on the Inn and Deli. These are a few things I feel would have a significant impact on the business.
